Pick-up

The pick-up time is 9am - 5pm Monday through Friday.

Our pick up location is 120 East Beaver Creek Road, unit 200, Richmond Hill, ON, L4B 4V1

Orders will be ready usually within 24 hours.

If you choose to pick-up, a pick-up notification will be sent through email indicating the order is ready.

For any urgent orders, please purchase the Emergency Fee. Indicate when you would like the order to be ready.

You will have up to 1 week to pick up your order after an email notification is sent. After 1 week, orders containing plants that were not picked up will be cancelled and refunded with a 50% deduction from the original order fee.

1. Due to COVID-19, delivery time takes 2 to 12 days. Feel free to contact us any time regarding concerns about your order or shipping.

2. For succulents shipping orders, if the soil is wet, we will ship the bare root to prevent the moisture soil damage the succulents' roots during shipment.

We only ship houseplants of the highest quality. During shipping, there may some loss of leaves, which is normal. There is no need to worry, as leaves easily grow back. Also, keep in mind, we cannot control how a third-party shipper delivers your order. We hope you understand that we will always try to do our best to make sure your plants reach you in a healthy state. Some events during shipping, however, are beyond our control.

Please be advised that we will contact you ahead of time before we deliver your plants. Therefore, please confirm receipt of our message before receiving the plants.

For an address out of our delivery area, we offer shipping by the third party. For these areas, we cannot guarantee that plants will be in perfect condition upon receipt. This limitation, however, does not pertain to the containers for the plants.

Always check our Return Policy page when you receive damaged plants.
